Vigneti Zabu's Il Passo Nero d'Avola comes from organic vineyards on the hills around Lake Arancio in Sambuca di Sicilia. The producer's notes describe deep ruby red color with red and dark fruits, spice and balsamic eucalyptus notes, full-bodied with balanced acidity and a lingering spicy black fruit finish.
