Slow Press is a tribute to unhurried winemaking, from veteran winemaker Blake Bomben's Lodi vineyards. The official profile finds bold, concentrated flavors of dark fruits, blackberries, and cassis with notes of tobacco and leather. Robust structure and firm tannins grip the palate and leave a velvety finish, made for BBQ burgers, chili, and grilled cheese.
