Honeybunch comes from the oldest vineyard block on the Remhoogte estate on the slopes of Simonsberg in Stellenbosch, golden honey-colored Chenin Blanc bunches fermented wild and matured in French oak. The nose shows apricots, honeysuckle, a light nutty almond character and flinty minerality, while the palate is fresh and mineral with zesty acidity and ripe stone fruit touched by honey.
