Pearmund Cellars' Black Ops is a premium proprietary Bordeaux-style blend from Fauquier County, Virginia, honoring veterans and service. The winery's own notes for the current mission describe leather, earth and menthol on the nose, with dark fruit and sweet cherry on the palate at a medium body. A meaningful bottle with real local roots, and a portion of proceeds supports veteran causes.
