A Colchagua Valley Cabernet from Montes, 70 percent Cabernet Sauvignon with 30 percent Carmenere, partly aged eight months in French oak. Intense crimson with ripe cherry, blackberry, black plum, and dried fig, plus vanilla and nutmeg. Balanced and enveloping with soft tannins and great body.
