Manu, the Maori word for bird, is winemaker Steve Bird's Marlborough label. Powerful, exotic aromas of mango and passionfruit give way to apple and grapefruit, with fresh herbs, wet stones and a touch of salt. Luscious, fruity, fresh, crisp and just dry, a classic Kiwi savvy.
