The official tasting notes find floral blossoms, tart green apple, juicy stone fruit, and Madagascar vanilla bean, with crisp apple, ripe peach, and a creamy texture from batonnage in neutral French oak. Elegant and precise, a California Chardonnay for white Burgundy lovers.
