Néctar is González Byass's dessert-ready Pedro Ximénez sherry from Jerez. The nose shows raisins, figs and dates, followed by caramel, cocoa and roasted nuts on a velvety, syrupy palate. Pure indulgence in a glass, made for the end of a long ride and a good dessert.
