A fresh and subtle wine from Château de Fontenille's organic-conversion vineyard, La Coucoute. This is 100% Cabernet Franc, fermented without seeds and bottled unfined with no added sulfites, giving a very fruity and delicately spiced character. Look for raspberry and violet on the nose with minimal tannins, a lovely match for cured ham or a spicy dish.
