Cass's Backbone Syrah is a dark, brooding take on Paso Robles' signature red grape. Smoky leather, blueberries and rose petals on the nose give way to black cherries, sweet tobacco and cardamom, with a smooth, supple mouthfeel and a long savory finish. Built for rib-eye with blue cheese butter.
