Folonari's Campo al Mare is a Bolgheri Rosso built like its famous neighbors: 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot, aged a year in large French tonneaux. Deep, dark and dense, with explosive aromas and a vibrant balsamic note over a velvety, enveloping palate. A serious Tuscan red at a not-so-serious price.
