Bogle's Phantom is an old-vine Lodi red built on Zinfandel (55%) with Petite Sirah (45%), aged 30 months in American oak. The winery's notes point to jammy fruit, juniper, and cracked black pepper with brambly spice, opening into blackberry, boysenberry, tobacco, and spiced berry preserve. A bold, brooding California red made for grilled meats and hearty stews.
