The 2023 Black's Station Chardonnay from Matchbook shows stone fruit and barrel spice aromas, with apricot and white peach flavors and a creamy, buttery note. Partial malolactic fermentation gives it softness while keeping it fresh. A splash of Verdejo in the blend keeps things lively.
