Achaval-Ferrer's 2019 Quimera from Mendoza, a 45% Malbec, 18% Cabernet Franc, 18% Merlot and 19% Cabernet Sauvignon blend. The winemaker's notes speak of deep nuances: scree and earth, dark fruit, delicate rosemary, a wide, almost feminine mouthfeel and delicious acidity. One of Mendoza's most elegant blends.
