Its streamlined monoflap construction eliminates much of the bulk found in a traditional dual-flap dressage saddle, allowing more direct communication between horse and rider.
The Advantage uses an anatomically shaped wood spring tree with an open pommel, a design particularly useful for horses that require additional clearance around the wither and shoulder area. The tree is professionally adjustable, meaning the width can be altered by an appropriately qualified saddle fitter rather than through interchangeable gullet plates.
The saddle's deep seat and narrow twist provide substantial security while allowing the rider's leg to fall naturally around the horse. Large external thigh blocks provide additional positional support without adding the bulk of a second flap.

In its current Medium configuration, this Advantage is a useful starting point for a horse of moderate width through the upper back.
