This saddle is set with a medium tree measuring 27.5cm.) In Passier's specialized sizing system, this tree is built for average-framed sport horses or thoroughbreds with normal to medium-high withers and a standard shoulder profile.
The chrome-vanadium alloy gullet plate inside the tree is fully adjustable. An authorized fitter can use a specialized cold-press machine to expand or compress the tree size (ranging safely from narrow to extra wide) without requiring heat. It is wool flocked and can be adjusted by a saddle fitter.
