The Stübben Phoenix Elite is a premium German-made close-contact jumping saddle designed to combine rider security, close contact, and adjustability for the horse. The Phoenix Elite features a slightly wider seating area paired with a narrow twist, providing support and comfort without creating a bulky feel through the rider's leg.
This saddle features Stübben's delux leather construction, using supple, grippy leather designed to provide excellent security and feel. The Phoenix Elite incorporates supportive front and rear blocks and a reinforced lower flap to protect against premature wear from the rider's boot.
The wool-flocked gusseted panels are an important feature of the Phoenix Elite. Unlike fixed foam panels, wool flocking allows a qualified saddle fitter to adjust the panel volume and balance to better accommodate the individual horse. The gusseted construction provides additional bearing surface and fitting capability through the rear of the saddle.
Built on Stübben's traditional spring-tree concept, the Phoenix Elite is designed to provide durability while maintaining the close-contact feel expected from a performance jumping saddle.
