Horse Fit
The 27 cm tree is a narrow Stübben configuration and should generally be considered for a horse with a narrower upper body and more defined wither profile rather than a broad, round or low-withered horse.
 
Potential candidates may include narrower Thoroughbreds, Thoroughbred-type sport horses, some Arabians, and other horses with prominent or higher withers and a relatively narrow ribcage immediately behind the shoulder.
 
The exact fit will still depend on the horse's wither angle, shoulder shape, topline, back curvature and the saddle's panel configuration. The 27 cm measurement describes tree width and does not by itself guarantee fit.
