Named to honor the year Stübben was founded, the 1894 is a modern dressage saddle built with a deep seat, an extra-narrow twist for close leg contact, and a cut-back head to accommodate prominent horse withers.  This 17.5” Stubben 1894 comes with a 29cm/ MedNarrow tree.  This saddle was upgraded with the Stübben Biomex seat, which is a highly recognizable, patented seat design developed by Stübben in partnership with the Biomex Technology Center at the Klinik Gut (an orthopedic clinic in St. Moritz, Switzerland). It relieves pressure on the rider’s tailbone, aligns the pelvis, and absorbs impact.
