The 17.5" Legacy Ryder Dressage Saddle on a Fit 4 tree is a premium, British-made dressage saddle renowned for its horse-friendly design and rider-positioning support. Handmade in England by Ryder Saddles (the sister brand and manufacturer behind the highly popular Trilogy brand), the Legacy is built to offer superb stability and a close-contact feel.
 
The 4 fit is a Wide to XW tree (measures 5.75")  Ryder trees are built with an open, rounder head profile creating plenty of room around the horse’s withers without pinching. The saddle is designed with slightly forward-cut panels to allow the rider to sink into their seat over time. It traditionally features moveable Velcro knee blocks (or can be found with large fixed external blocks depending on the custom spec), paired with long flaps to provide maximum stability for the leg.  The flaps measure 17”Lx13”W.
