American-made Western saddle by Lookout Saddle Co. of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Lookout was a longstanding Western saddle and tack manufacturer with documented production dating back to at least the late 1960s.
 
This saddle features a 15" seat and a measured 6.5" gullet. The 6.5" opening falls within the range commonly associated with a Semi-Quarter Horse tree, making it potentially suitable for horses with a narrower to moderate Western tree profile. As with all Western saddles, actual fit will depend on the complete tree shape, bar angle and the individual horse.  Beautiful tooling on the leather.
 
A solid choice for the rider looking for a traditional vintage Western saddle for pleasure riding, trail riding, or general ranch use.
